Cladding & Roofing were proud to partner with BADGE Constructions to deliver the roofing and external cladding packages for the new Marian West Campus, a significant development supporting the growth of Cardijn College.
Delivered under a construct-only contract, the project required a coordinated and detail-driven approach to ensure the successful integration of multiple façade and roofing systems across the campus.
The roofing system incorporated Lysaght Klip-Lock in Evening Haze, paired with CSR roof insulation and SpaceX thermal spacers to enhance energy efficiency and overall building performance, ensuring long-term durability and contributing to a comfortable internal environment for students and staff.
Externally, the façade features a carefully considered mix of materials, including Alfrex prefinished aluminium cladding and Fairview Genesis Rustik FC cladding. These products were selected to provide the robustness required for a high-traffic education setting. The interplay between the materials creates visual interest across the campus, while maintaining a cohesive and contemporary design.
Cladding & Roofing worked closely with BADGE and the wider project team to ensure efficient delivery, maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail across all aspects of the build.
The completion of the Marian West Campus marks another successful collaboration and reinforces our capacity in delivering high-quality roofing, cladding and façade solutions within the education sector, designed to support students for years to come.
