Cladding & Roofing were engaged by Lendlease as the successful tenderer for both the roofing and cladding packages on Stage 1 of the Adelaide Convention Centre Redevelopment.

Delivered under a construct-only contract, our team was responsible for finalising system designs for the standing seam acoustic roof and the external façade, ensuring performance, durability, and alignment with the project’s architectural intent. Installation was carried out over a fourteen-month program, with works completed in January 2015. The project required detailed coordination and planning to deliver high-quality roofing and façade outcomes within a major live city precinct.

Stage 1 marked a significant milestone in the transformation of Adelaide’s Riverbank precinct, showcasing Cladding & Roofing’s capability in delivering complex civic infrastructure at scale.
