Bath Apartments located on The Parade in Norwood is a residential project that combines strong street presence with considered architectural detailing.

Working alongside Buildtec, Cladding & Roofing completed the cladding and roofing works under a construct only contract. The scope included KlingKlip roofing to the main roof and street canopy, Eurowood aluminium battens, Alucoil Larson FD cladding and louvres to the northern balconies.

Set within a busy and established urban precinct, the project required a measured approach to coordination and installation.
