Cladding & Roofing partnered with Lendlease to deliver the cladding and roofing packages for the Australian Bragg Centre in North Adelaide. Located next to the SAMRI building, this 15-storey healthcare building is home to the first Proton Therapy facility in the Southern Hemisphere. 

A technically complex and significant medical project, works included stainless steel gutters, a powder-coated aluminium cassette cladding system, perforated powder-coated aluminium, with Lysaght Klip-Lok roofing and Spandeck plantroom cladding. Materials were fabricated in house by Precision Sheet Metal Solutions who provided accuracy and consistency. 

A defining feature of the project included the curved and rolled aluminium panels that wrap around the building's entrances. The curved geometry required meticulous fabrication, 3D modelling, precise installation and steel coordination. 

With restricted daytime access, installation was carried out during afternoon shifts (3pm-11pm), reflecting on the team’s adaptability, planning and commitment to delivery within the tight timeline.
