Partnering with Tandem Building Group, Cladding & Roofing Contractors were proud to deliver the cladding and roofing packages for 88 O’Connell, a modern contemporary development located in North Adelaide. With a footprint of 7,500m2, the landmark project features three buildings with a variety of residential apartments, retail spaces, cafes and restaurants, plus a large podium to connect the buildings together. 

Delivered under a construct-only contract, the project incorporated a number of various materials from Klip-Lok roofing, Mondoclad facade cladding to canopies and soffits, James Hardie Axon Smooth, Exotec and Versilux soffits, Scultform battens, along with powder-coated and perforated aluminium cladding. Additional scope variations were fabricated in-house by Precision Sheet Metal Solutions, ensuring consistancy and precision across all elements. 

With restricted access along O’Connell Street, careful planning and coordination were required to complete the works, including crane-assisted deliveries in high-traffic areas.
