Cladding & Roofing were engaged to deliver the cladding and roofing packages for 50 Franklin Street, a commercial building project delivered in collaboration with Kyren Group. 

Delivered under a construct only contract, our scope included external roofing, a ground floor canopy, level 6 ceiling works, plant room cladding and a distinctive bullnose curved facade element. The project featured Fairview Vitrijewel in monument grey and metallic gold, creating a refined architectural finish. 

The length of the roof presented logistical challenges to transport materials through the CBD.
