Cladding & Roofing were engaged by Built Environs to deliver cladding and roofing for this dual-building development, which brings together two existing 5-storey buildings into one cohesive space. The office space aims to become Adelaide’s first carbon neutral certified office in both construction and operation. 

Our scope encompassed both cladding and roofing, featuring Bluechip’s ULTRACORE IQ panels in clean white and dark grey metallic across the facade, blades, soffits and ground floor canopy, alongside James Hardie ExoTec CFC panelling and COLORBOND® steel KingKlip roofing. 

Delivered under a construct only contract, the project presented a number of logistical challenges, including tight site access. Our team’s expertise and commitment to quality ensured the west and north elevations were completed using swing stages to achieve installation.
